IN* CHAMBERS. Friday, August 19. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Sim.) Probate was granted in connection with the following deceased persons' estates — William Hall, John Henderson, William Livingston, _ Charles M'Peak,. James Alexander. William Peet, John Thomas Powley, Davina Poton, David Hunter j George Hutchison, Agnes M'Glashan, and Joseph James.

In connection with the 'forthcoming hearing of. the civil case, Weir v. New Zealand Coal and Oil Company, his Honor ruled that the statement of claim be amended by the addition of another clause. Subject to that beiiwr dcoie the application for a special jury would be dismissed.
