ENCOURAGED IN" BRITAIN". LONDON, July 26. • A Board of Trade circplar urges merchants to initiate a big campaign to capture German markets. The department states that the Government wishes to encourage British trade with Germany. Our export trade must be developed in every way. Moreover, trade with Germany will hasten her payments for reparation.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
