UNEQUAL DIVISION OP FOOD. STARVATION WIDESPREAD. LONDON, July 26. (Received July 31, at 1.30 a.m.) The Daily News correspondent graphically outlines the conditions in Budapest, where fairly abundant food reaches the workers at a few of the largest factories, while generally the population starves. The Archduke Joseph begs food from tho housewives domiciled in his palace, Count Apponyi's nephews are heard crying from sheer hunger, and swaggering cavalry officers, with actress associates, ,beg the restauranteurs to give them doles of food.—A. and N.Z.
