ORPHANS' CLUB
"The members of % Orphans' Club assembled in force at the fortnightly meeting m the Overseas Club's rooms last night tfro. J. J. Clark presided. A well-balanced orchestra rendered several selections in an admirable manner, ard the following also contributed to the harmony of tho evening • Messrs Stewart (flute solo), Griffiths (song), Moore (rccitation). E. Booth (conjuring ( c,ar ' np t)- R- S. Mann (song), U. \\ . Wycherley (song), and Pickles (pianofora solo). Signor Molinari and Mr Caxlvon, who are at present appearing at tho J. rmcess Theatre, also contributed songa °! ever conjnring act was submitted' by Mr Le Roy. who is at present showing at the King's Theatre. During the evening a number of new members were introduced to the gathering-.
