<s> IMPROVED POSITION IN AUSTRALIA. VIRULENCE DECREASING. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, July 27. (■Received July 27, at 5.5. p.m.) The position in regard to influenza continues most hopeful. There were only two deaths yesterday, while Victoria's record was reducd to six. The number of new cases shows a large falling off, and the cases generally are of a lighter character.
