MILITARY ACTIVITY IN BERLIN. REACTIONARY MOVEMENT. AMSTERDAM, J-nly 25. There have been remarkable military demonstrations at Berlin during the past two days, which suggest that a reactionary ccmp is imminent. The Iron Division inarched in, with banners flying, halted at Bismarck Monument, and played the Kaiser's hymi}. Similar military demonstrations throughout the country indicate the growth of a counter-revolutionary movement.—A and N.Z. Cable. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS. , AMSTERDAM, July 25. The Cologrs Gazette states that the Government is projecting a forced 2 per cent, loan of 10,000 millions sterling —A and N.Z. Cable. ' REGISTRATION OF FORTUNES. BANK NOTES TO BE STAMPED. BERLIN, July 25. In connection with the registration of individual fortunes the Government is calling in all the bank notes for stamping. Unstamped notes will be invalid.—A and N.Z. Cable.
