' Tho effective marshalling 'and prompt despatch of the procession on Saturday was due to Major Lampen's organising skill, and I think he should receive a hearty vote of thanks and the freedorin of ths city for hia valuable servioe3 in guiding our oelohrations which were so eminently successful.— I am, etc., A Citizen.
