MILITARY DEFAULTERS
CORRECTING- THE LISTS. (Pee United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 25. In tho original list of military defaulters who are being disfranchised for 10 years there were 2375 names. Its publication was followed by a number of protests against the wrongful inclusion of individuals, and alp these oases are being investigated by a small committee set up by the Minister of Defence. Tho first month's investigations resulted in 18 names being removed from the list and three being added. Another amending list will shortly be issued, showing alterations to about tho same extent.
