THE SOCIAL QUESTION
Tho Rev. J. L. Mortimer wiE deliver the first of three lectures on "The National Guild Idea" on Monday night in St. Peter's Schoolroom, Cargill road. Tho solution of the social question is at present in the minds of all thinking people, and Mr Mortimer is well qualified to speak, having been a student of economies not only in his university days at Oxford, but in subsequent years, and, furthermore, he has worked 1 in industrial areas in London and other cities, and knows first-hand tho awful conditions that prevail.
