The management of tlie King's Theatm announces a pre-eminent attLtion for oatua-day, when Monsieur Le Hoy, described as the so dier magician and itoyal entertainer, will make bis debut to a Dunedin audience Le Hoy has performed ovei tae battlefields in France, and also has had the nonour of entertaining their Majesties the King and Queen at an entertainment ni th • ialac© lheatre, London, given in aid of the lied Cross Society. The Tunes, ii, comment on the performance, says: "Le .Roy, the French soldier magipian, who we understand, is a nephew of our u-, ' Roy of liosco Talma, and Le Roy' follows very c osely in the footsteps of his distinguished relativo, his entertainment beintr greeted with salvos of applause, mamhis tricks being entirely new and 'bewildering. He is also a vocalist of no mean order, his rendering of the Prologue from ' Pagliacci' being one of the vocal gems on tho bill." In addition to Le Roy the management will present the usual programme, which will be headed by June Caprice in a charming naval drama entitled "Miss U.S.A."
