BOLSHEVIST "CONSUL" RELEASED
SYDNEY, July 23. Peter Simonoff, the Bolshevist "Consul" in Sydney, has been released under the peace clemency scheme.
AUSTRALIAN WAR LOAN.
MELBOURNE, July 23. The Federal Cabinet has decided to issue another war loan within two or three days. The sum will probably be £25,000,000.
