NOIICE— ByDeed, dated 10th December, 1162, William Bishop Evans, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, grocer, has assigned and transferred all his personal estate and effects whatsoever, and wheresoever, unto Edmund Quick, of Dunedin, merchant, and William Wilson Tickle, of Dunedin, merchant, as Trustees, in trust, to sell, and after paying expenses, to pay and satisfy, so far as the residue of the monies produced by the sale, will extend the creditors of the said William Bishop Evans, who shall by themselves or their agents, or in the name of their partnership firms, execute the said Deed, the amount of the debts due or owing to them respectively from the said William Jiishop Evans, rateably and proportionably, and without any preference or priority.
