Business Notices. NOTICE is hereby given that Peter M'Lachlan, of Saddle Hill, Province of Otago, New Zealand, settler, has by deed of assignment bearing date the twentieth day of November. 1862, and made between the 6aid Peter M'Lachlan of the first part, George Hepburn, of Dunedin, aforesaid, merchant, and Robert Craig, of Caversham, near Dunedin, aforesaid, baker, of the second part, and the several other persons whoce names and se=ds are subscribed to the said assignment of the third part assigned all his personal estate aud effects to the said George Hepburn and Robert Craig (except in the said deed is mentioned) in trust for the equal benefit of such creditors of the said Peter M'Lachlan as shall execute the said deed of assignment on or before the 6th day of December next. And notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said Peter M'Lachlan. at the office of Messrs Howorth and Graham, in Princes-street. Dunedin, aforesaid, solicitors, and that all creditors failing to sign the same on or before the 6tli day of December next, will be excluded from the benefit of the same deed, Dated this twenty-first day of November, 1862.
