Business Notices. EOTICE IS HEREBY given that Richard Jenkins of Dunedin, Province of Otago, New Zealand, Hotel-keeper, has by deed of a-signment, bearing date the nineteenth day of November, 1862, and made between the said Richard Jenkins of tbe first part, James Jones of Dunedin, aforesaid, merchant, and Alexander M'Leod of the same place, merchant, of the second part; and the several other persons, whose names and seals are subscribed to the said assignment of the third part, assigned all his personal estate and effects to the said James Jones and Alexander M'Leod (except in the said deed is mentioned), in trust for the equal benefit of such creditors of the said Richard Jenkins as shall execute the said deed of assignment, on. or before the third day of December next; and notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature, by nnd on behalf of the said creditors of the said Richard Jenkins, at the office of Messrs Howorth and Graham, in Princesstreet, Dunedin, aforesaid, Solicitors; and that all creditors failing to sign the same, on or before the third day of December-next, will be excluded from the benefit of the same deed. "VrOTIOE is hereby given that Peter M'Lachian, JJ* of Saddle Hill, Province of Otago ; New Zealand, settler, has by deed of assignment bearing date the twentieth day of November, 1882, and made between the said Peter M'Lacblan of the first part, George Hepburn, of Dunedin, aforesaid, merchant, and Robert Craig, of CaversQiam, near Dunedin, aforesaid, baker, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names andse:ls are subscribed to the said assignment of the third part assigned all his personal estate and effects to the said George Hepburn and Robert Craig (except in the said deed is mentioned) in trust for the equal benefit of such creditors of the said Peter M'Lacblan as shall execute the said deed of assignment on or before the 6rh day of December next. •-.- And notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said Peter M'LachJan, at the office of Messrs Howorth and Graham, in Princes-street.
