THE FISH MARKET.
{To the Editor of the Daily Times.) Sir,—l have heard that it is proposed to establish a regular fish market here, and that it is intended that the stalls should pay the same amount of rent all round, instead of adoptiug, as in Melbourne and elsewhere, the system of tender for a particular stall in a better position than another. Now, Sir, don't you think it would be politic for those interested in the revenue from such a market if such a course were adopted ; and I myself would not object to pay a couple of pounds per week extra for a good stall. Trusting that you will think this worthy of insertion, —1 am, Sir, &c,
