THE FISH MARKET.

{To the Editor of the Daily Times.) Sir,—l have heard that it is proposed to establish a regular fish market here, and that it is intended that the stalls should pay the same amount of rent all round, instead of adoptiug, as in Melbourne and elsewhere, the system of tender for a particular stall in a better position than another.
