Business Notices. ■Vf OTICE IS HEREBY given that Richard JenJJi kii.s of Dunedin, Province of Otago, New Zealand, Hotel-keeper, has bj deed of assignment, bearing date the nineteenth day of November, 1862, and made betAvcen the said Richard Jenkins of the firsfc part, James Jones of Dunedin, aforesaid, merchant, and Alexander M'Leod of the same place, merchant, of the second part; and the several'other persons, . whose names and seals are subscribed to the said assignment of the third part, assigned all his personal estate and effects to the said James Jones and Alexander M'Leod (except in the said deed is mentioned), in trust for the equal benefit of such creditors of the said Richard Jenkins as shall execute the said deed of assignment, on or before the third day of December next; and notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature, by ancl on behalf of the said creditors of the said Richard Jenkins, at the office of Messrs Howorth and Graham, in Princesstreet, Dunedin, aforesaid, Solicitoi-s; and that allcreditors failing to sign the same, on or before the third day of December next, will be excluded from the benefit ofthe same deed.
