XJOTICE IS HERESY given that Richard JenXI kins of Dunedia, Province of Otago, New Zealand, Hotel-keeper, has by deed of assignment, bearing date the nineteenth day of November, 1862, and made between the said Richard Jenkins of the first part, James Jones of Dunedin, aforesaid, merchant, and Alexander M'Leod of the same place, merchant, of the second part; and the several other persons, whose names a,n& seals are subscribed to the said assignment of the third part,'assigned all his personal estate and effects to the said James Jones and Alexander M'Leod (except in tlie said deed is mentioned), in trust for the'equal benefit of such creditors of the said Ricliard Jenkins as shall execute the said deed of assignment, on or before the third day o£December next; and notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature, by and on behalf of the said creditors of the said Richard Jenkins, at the office of Messrs Howorth and Graham, iv Princesstreet, Dunedin, aforesaid, Solicitors; and that all creditors failing to sign the same, ou or before the third day of December next, will he excluded from I the benefit of the same deed.
