PRUSSIA.
Ministerial crisis has arisen in Prussia, from the antagonism between the Ministry and the Chamber of Deputies. The President of the Cabinet and Minister of Finance have resigned. The Bavarian Government has declined to adhere to a commercial treaty between Erance and Prussia.
