The Customs revenue on Imports collected at the Port of Dunedin on the 18th inst., amounted to L 447 15s lOd The following were the principal items :— Brandy. 160 I galls. By the Alice Thorndike we have commercial advices from San Francisco to August 9th. We extract the following from tie Weekly Alta :~

Breadstuffs. —Hour has been taken quite sparingly, without change of, price ; but wheat shows some improvement. Flour—Jobbing Bales of 900 qr blcs Liclrs extra, from oM wheat, at 8 dols; and 4.0U0 do extra from new wheat, at 7 date to 7 dols 25 cents per 200 lb. Wheat—Sales of 1,000 sks choice old at 1 dol 75 cents; 460 tlo do new, at 1 dol 70 cents to 1 dol 75 cents; and 2,500 do fair to good do, at 1 dol £0 cents to 1 dol 65 cents per 10Q ib. Corn Sale of. 1(50 sk*» California at 2 dols 65 cents per 100 lb. Building Materials.—There, is a brisk; jobbing trade in domestic coast lumber. Tobacco.—A strong-speculative feeling continues to exwt, principally amone parties not directly connected with the trade.
