Mn. Bis itch's? Inkstand in the Exhibition. —Mr Bruce informs us that the beautiful inkstand presented to Mr Bruce by his admirers, and which wps deigned and manufactured by Mr Leviny, of this town, is to be engrtved and published by the proprietors of the Art Journal, at their own request, and'at their own cost. This compliment to Mr Leviny is va'uable. Many of the works of art illustrated in this Journal are engraved for publication at the cost of the designers or manufacturers, but only when they are declared worthy of such special notice In this <:nse, Die spontaneous recogiiiiion of the inkstand by the editor of the Art Journal must be as gratifying to Mr Leviny as ito the genilemen who selected it as a testimomal of respect; and Castlcmaiiie ha^ reason to be proud that the work of one of its artists has gained such enviable distinction. -#.
