We have sold 52 head, inosl-iv bullocks, from the run of aieasra. Fen-.vick, at an average of L 22 per head. - . ,

Also a lot of Wellington cattle at L2O. ■ We quote Best Bullocks at £25 to £29 ~ Second ~ 20 to 24 ~ Inferior ~ 15-to 17 • „ BesfCots,, 23 to 25 ~ Second „ 1G to 18 i. ■ Inferior „ 13 to 15 Or equal to about Gas per evt.

Fat Calves continue scarce, and in good demand at L 4 10s to L 6, according to n^e aud quali'y. Stouk Cattle. — Transactions have been v>rv liin ted during the week, although gool cattle. asr*d 2 to Ciyears, are in good demand at. LI 2 to LU ; mixed herds L 9 10* to Lll 10s, according to quality aud condition.

Fat Sheep.—About 1200 have come to hand during: the week, mostly of very inferior quality, We have sold 1000 at 33s each, delivered aft-r shearing, on the station, good quality and he;ivv weights. Also 1000 at 9d'per lb, delivered before shearing. 500 at 9d perlb, delivered in town (inferior).

Store Sheep.—Heathy young Ewes and Wethers are very saleable, with none offering. Station Propemy.—There are°several buyers in the market for first-cia^s properties. . A well-known station in the Southern part of the Province has changed hands—containing 30,000 acres, with 15.000 sheep, deliverable after shearing. Price aud terms not yet transpired. We have sold a station in Southland, 20,01)0 acres, with limited number of sheep subject to approval by -purchaser at sight of stock. '

Homes.—We have to advise arrival of 175 horses from Tasmania and Australia—consisting of first-cla«s draught stock, good hackneys, &c. All of which we have disposed of at paying prices. Mr. Gleadow's lot. 45 head, per Mariposa, from Launceston, were disposed of on Thursday, by auction at air average of LSO per head.
