FREQUENT instances having occurred of Desertion from Her Majesty s Sea and Land Forces in this Colony, Notice is hereby given, that the most rigorous proceedings.wiil be taken against any person enticing away, harboring, concealing, or employing Deserters. : The enactments relating to the above ofience are subjoined for information.
