Cultivation* of Cotton* is ma Rivkr Pl-.ts. —The Buenos Ayres Standard, of tiie 2tith As-ri' contains the following paragraph :—" The English Consul at Rosario, Dr. Hutchinson, is said to have in view a cotton-growing establishment.
