Melbourne. 11th April. 1862 VJ OTICE is hereby given that John Arthur, o, XX Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, Joiner, lias by deed of Assignment, bearing dat«j the twenty first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two, and made between the said John Arthur, of the first part, George O'Driscoll, timber merchant, William Simpson, storekeeper, and John Thomson, of the firm of Black and Thomson, timber merchants, all of Dunedin aforesaid, of the second part, and the several other persona whose names and seals are subscribed to the said deed of assignment of the third part, assigned all his personal estate and effects to the said George O'Driscoll William Simpson, and John Thomson, (except as in the said deed'is mentioned), in trust for the equal benefit of such creditors of the said John Arthur, as shall execute the said deed of assignment on or before the thirty-first days of this present month of August. And notice is hereby firther given that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said John Arthur, at the offices of Messrs.
