TOWNSHIP OF KAITONGATA, ON THE CLUTHA RIVER, MOLYNEUX!! 22 FREEHOLD SECTIONS, Each Quarter Acre. MESSRS. H. E. NATHAN & CO. are instructed to sell by auction, in the Otago Sale Rooms, corner of High and Princes streets, commencing at 1 o'clock, on Friday, August Bth, ° 22 FREEHOLD SECTIONS IN PART OP THE GOVERNMENT TOWNSHIP OF KAITONGATA, CLUTHA RIVER, MOLYNEUX. The special attention of all who are anxnus for a lucrative investment is directed to this most important sa^e. Kaitongata is situated near the mouth of the Clutha, and is already established as a Port of Entry. Steamers are now being laid on from Dunedin, and independent of the vast trade in coal from this port it is the nearest route from Dunedm to the Gold Fields by 20 miles. The roads from the Molyneux to the Tuapeka and other gold fields are m excellent condition. The town is beautifully laid out with a frontage to the river, which has eight feet of water, thus allowins vessels of moderate draught todiscnarge alongside the wharf. The distance of Kaitongata from the coal fields is tlnee miles, and it is also important to observe that the newly discovered Quartz Reefs are in the immediate vicinity. The 40 Sections here advertised form part of the Government Township, and contain each a quarter of an acre. This is an opportunity for a certain profitable investment which rarely occurs.
