JAMES & JOHN H. BARR have received further instructions from A: J. Burns, Esq., to include with the Bush formerly announced for sale— the Land on which it is growing, viz :— 50 ACRES OF LAND, Bearing the Heaviest and Finest Timber in this province, IN LOTS OF ONE ACRE And upwards. This well known Bush contains Whito, Red, and Black Pine, and Totara Trees, 40 feet average length of trunk. The opportunity of obtaining allotments of valuable land so heavily wooded, has never before occurred, and may never occur again. The attention of the surrounding settlers, and of Sawyers and wood merchants especially, is particularly directed to it; an important consideration in addition to the superiority of the timber itself, being the level nature of the land, and the splendid stream whicli runs through it, and which is capable of driving a saw; mill. air. Burns invites inspection, and will be happy to go over the property with visitors. Day of Sale to be announced in a future adverisement. JAMES AND JOHN H. BARR. PRELIMINARY ANNOUNCEMENT.
