Dunediu Customs, June 19, 1852.

The quantity of g-old entered to-day for export amounted to 5 ozs., upon which the duty levied was i-2s. ea. The imports realized £331 Is.

Comparative Statement'showing the Totals of Exports, from March. 12 to April 12, in 1862, and 1801, from Great Britain to New Zealand:

From Dow & Co.'s circulars of sth anil 21st March ■we extract the following intelligence :— "Shanghai, Marches.—As reported in our last, a combined movement »l English, and French, under command of the respective Admirals, and in.conjunction with Imperial troops, was made on the rebels in our vicinity, which resulted in driving them from our neighborhood. We feel inclined to question the policy of this act, unless the step is to bo. followed by others tending to uproot the rebellion altogether, and this cannot be done unless we attack and retake the cities of Nankin and Soochow. Anything short of this will only exasperate the rebels, and as they will still be in large force, will cause them to injure our trade-when-1 ever an opportunity occurs. Very little trade is doing at Ningpo and Tientsin. At Newchorang trade was, at our latest dates, completely closed." " Shanghai, November 21.—Since the date of our last no further demonstration has beeu made by the Allied Admirals against the rebels in our neighborhood. It is reported the English Admiral is waiting for further instructions from our Plenipotentiary at Pekin, and has applied for a large military force before taking the field. .Reconnoitring parties are daily Rent out, who report the rebels to be in force some ten miles distant. 11. M. gunboat Flame destroyed .ten war junks, convoying about 800 boats of provisions, accompanied by about 10,000 rebels, inarching, as it was reported, upon Shang'hae. At Ningpo everything remains in the same state; little or no trade, the rebels retaining the city as a military post, refusing the .people to reside there for business. At Chefoo trade was somewhat disturbed by the rumored approach of a body of insurgents. At Shanghai the rebels still hover around, cutting off all communication with the inland towns and villages."
