-yT OTICE is hereby given that Block 3, Akatore, _Ll having been surveyed, will be open for application on..Tnesiiay, the 17th June next, at the Land Office, Dunedin. and in the event of more than one application l.ei-i.-- made for- \g same section will be decided by nuctiMii at the Tind Ofiice, Dunedin, on the second d-iy of July lioyt., at 12 o'clock, at which time, the wholo of fclio pri chase money will he payable. Block 3, Ai:;-.io:-e, ir; situate on the sea coast, between tha T.i;vi-i and lokoinariro Hivers, is bounded on the .North by the Akatoro River (accessible to boats) on the Mouth by Block -1, on the E;ist by the ocean, ami on :he West by unsurveycl land. The block complex 4-110 acres of laud including M.Gmror's hush. It contains a considerable quantity of fair nericaltural land, is in close proximity to the Akatore Jiiish containing savural thousand acres of good timbi-r, of whHi a sufficient Government Reserve will be made, and licenses to cut and saw may lie obtained on ihn usual terms.

fe- The Sections contain from 23 to 110 acres, but are mostly between 70 and 80 acres each. Maps may be .seen nt the Land Office, Dunedin, and at the oommis.si.-iner's Camp on the Gold Fields, where forms of application may be obtained. Lithographed copies of the maps arc' to be had from Mr. A. K. Livingston, Bookseller, Dimedin, at Is. each.
