J DANIELS & CO. have received instruci tions to sell by auction, at the Commercial Sale Rooms, on Wednesday, the 28th instant, at 11 o'clock, The fast-sailing schooner COLONIST, Having just completed her maiden voyage from GLASGOW. The Colonist was built in the Clyde, and launched on the 18th December last. She has made one of the FASTEST VOYAGES ON RECORD For a vessel of her Tonnage, having completed her First Trip to OTAGO in 118 Days from GLASGOW, and .delivered f a large and valuable cargo without a stain. •The Colonist will be sold with all her spars, mast, standing and running rigging, and all her appurtenances complete, as she now lies alongside the Wharf.
