He would recommend families to purchase their coffee in a loose state rather than in ] canisters. Many may not be aware that when they purchase, say a one pound canister of coffee, they receive from 10 to 12 ounces of coffee, the remainder of the 16 ounces being the weight of the tin, so that they seldom have their coffee under 2s. 9d. per lb. Teas 25., 2s. 6d., 35., and 4s, per lb. The Tea at 3.i, is really superior, with full Pekoeflavor. The finest, at 45., will be found to possess everything that is desirable in lea. Coffees Is. 21.,.15. 4J., Is. (3d., Is. Sri., and Is. lOd The above are mixed coffees.
