Jonks, to sell on the ground, High-street, a few yards above the Taraora Hotel Bar, on Monday, May 19th, at 12 o'clock, without reserve, ' \ The lease of all those desirable allotments of land being a subdivision of portion of Block VII. A plan of which is to be seen at the Auction Rooms. There are at present three well-built Houseß on three of the allotments,—one let for £ 200 per year, one £150, and the other £100. The situation is second to none in town, either for business 'purposes (the neighborhood being very crowded at present, with every prospect of its being the best outlet from Dunedin) or private residences. The frontage to High-street is at present in great demand, Mr. Jones haying been pressed to sell at very high rates; but, having a desire to dispose of the ■whole by fair competition, he is determined to submit the entire subdivision on Monday 19th, at 12 o'clock.
