ROSS & JOHNSTON, of the Melbourne Hotel, Maclaggan-street, respectfully intimate to their friends, patrons, and the public generally, that they have chartered the RAINBOW steamer fur a pleasure trip to the Otago Heads and adjacent localities on Good Friday. The proprietors* design in originating this Excursion, has for its immediate object the re-union and enjoyment of resident colonists. The attractions of scenery, combined with the novelties incidental to a pleasure excursion, will, it is hoped, constitute an irresistable and genuine inducement to the community of Dunediu to avail itself oi so favorable an opportunity for unalloyed social relaxation, converse, and enjoyment.
