Paving a Freehold Estate in possession situate within the District for which the vote is claimed of the clear value of £50 above all charges and incumbrances and of or to which he has been seised or entitled either at Law or in Equity for at least six pjilendar months befpre the 80th of April; or 2. Having a Leasehold Estate iv possession situate witliin such District of the clear annual value often bounds, held upon a Lease, which on 30th April shall pot have less than 3 years to run, or of which he has neen in possession for 3 years or upwai^ls next before SOth April; or 3. Being a Householder within such District occupying a Tenement and residing therein six calendnr months previous to the SOth April, if witliin the limits of Dunedin, ofthe clear annual value of ten pounds, and if without the : limits of Dunedin of the clear annual value of five pounds; 4. Being the holder of a Aliner's right not less than three months before the SOth of April, in any goldfield duly constituted uuder the Gold Fields Act.
