Nuisaxces.—lnformations for nuisances against George Rogers and two against S. E. R. Jones were postponed until Friday. A similar charge against McNeil and Buckley was dismissed, the nuisance being abated. A charge of throwing rubbish on the street against David Aitkin was dismissed. EuniousDnivixo.—James Mcintosh, tho driver of the Molyneux Coach, and James Newcombe, driver of Cobb's Coach, were each fined £2 ane! costs for driving in such a way as to endanger the lives anel limbs of other people. J Carelessness.—John Goodall, of Caversham. was fined 20s. and costs for allowing his horse and , cart to remain unattended to in the public streets. J. S. Dodds v. Jones Biud & Co.—His AVor- i ship in giving decision ■oa this case which had i been heard at the previous day's sitting of tbe Court, remarked that he did not think thnt the plaintiff had any ground of action against the defendant, whatever he might have against Messrs. Aspinwall of Melbourne. Ho would therefore dismiss the ease with costs.
