1. City of Dv/nkdin.—The Town of Dunedin as originally laid out by the New Zealand Company, including the Town Belt. 2. BnucE.—ls bounded on the north by the Hampden District, from the mouth of tlie Waikonaiti River to the confluence of the Minzionburn and Clntha River; thence by a line to the summit of Mount Spylaw; thence down the Spylawburn to its confluence with the Pomohaka River; thence on the west by the Pnmahaka River to the confluence of the 'Waipalri Creek; thence by the Waipahi Creek to the confluence of the Ka'ivera Creek; thence by a line to the Otnria Peak; thence on the south-west by a line to Cattlin's Cone; thence by Cattlin's River to the sea ; and theufe by the sea to Waikouaiti River—excepting the city bf Dunedin. 3. Hampdbn.—ls bounded on the north and northeast by the Heatheote and Timaru Districts ; ou the north-west by the sea; ou the south-west nnd south by a line from the head of Milford Haven to the Waikatipu Lake; thence by that Lake to the Kawarau River; thence by that River to Cluths Hiver; thence by the Clutha River to the confluence of the Minzionburn; thence by the Minzionburn to Lnmnierlav/ Peak; thence hyaline to the nearest source of the Deep Stream; thence down the Deep Stream to its confluence with the Taieri River; thence by a live due east across the Silver Peak Hills'to Cherry Farm Creek : thence down that Creek to its confluence with the Waikouaiti River, ■ and down the Waikouaiti River to the sea; and on the east, by the sea.
