It is well to remark that this building lias hitherto been used as a stable, fitted up with 26 stalls. In the erection it took 8,000 feet ot timber, and might be easily converted into a large Wholesale Store, Hotel, or liestaurant, and from its position commands one of the best situations on any of the diggings.
