IT being intended to erect a Church for the first Presbyterian Congregation of Dunedin, on Church Hill, parties are invited to send in Designs for said building; and a premium of fifty pounds is hereby oifered by the Building Committee for the design that shall be approved of. The Church to be built of stone, to contain one thousand sittings, either with or without a gallery, and to have a Vestry and Library attached. Cost not to exceed £0000. ' Each Competitor must lodge the following di ■tw ings, executed on a legible scale, and tinted in Incliii : Ink or Sepia only, viz.:—A front elevation, a flank elevation, a ground plan, a gallery plan (if any), a transverse section, a longitudinal section, together with any others he may think necessary, and a well ascertained estimate of1 cost, stating what stone is proposed to be used. The successful party will, if approved of, have the carrying out of the work as Architect on the usual terms.
