ALL Persons owning or maintaining dogs which have not been registered at the Office of the Clerk to the Bench, Dunedin, or at the (iffice of any other Clerk to the Bench in the Province, are liable in very serious penalties. All dogs, being six months old. are required to be registered aunually on the Ist day ot' April. The constabulary force are the prosecutors and informants under the "Dog Nuisance Ordinance."
