Any competitor, while in the act of throwing the hammer, or immediately afterwards, who shall go beyond the mark, will lose his throw. 2. Throwing Light Hammer (14 lbs.) —Ist prize, £5; 2nd, £3. The competitor is not allowed to follow the stone. The competitor is allowed either to put or draw the stone.
