To the Editor of the OTAGO DAILY TIMES.
Si a, —One of the greatest conflagrations has been prevented in the most principal, street of our populous town ; it was fortunately prevented by Joseph Graham, at the risk of his person,-— and also had on his person about £50 in notes, which might have been sacrificed ; also, the risk of all the merchants' premises adjoining, in Princes-street. The reward that Mr. Graham was offered by Foggel, was to come and have a nobbier ! —J. E. Gkaiiam.
