Business during the week has been somewhat dull, in consequence of the uncertainty respecting the new rashes ; prices, however, have maintained their position, and no material alteration has taken place since our last quotations. At a sale of town sections at the stores of Mr. Thomas Dick yesterday, three sections were sold at the following rates, viz., £110, £105, £185.

Messrs. Daniels & Co. held a sale at their Stores yesterday, of produce and oilman's stores. The sale was tolerably well attended, but business rather dull. The following arc the prices realised for the principal articles offered : —Wax.vestas, 55 per cent, advance on Invoice ; congou tea, in halfchests, £4 ; D. 11. Cork butter, Is. per lb. ; a small parcel of inferior ditto fetched 9d. ; York hams, B£d. and Ittd. ; Sinclair's ditto, Is. to Is. 3d. per lb. ; soap (colonial) 40s. per cwt. ; Califomiaii oats, ss. lOd. per bushel ; half-pint sauces, 9s. to 9s. 6d. per dozen ; half-pound mustards (Feast's), 9s. to 9s. Gd. per dozen ; pint pickles, 14s. 6d. per dozen ; mustard (7 lb. tins), Is. per lb. ; anchovy sauce, 3s. 9d. to 9s. per dozen ; mixing brandy, ss. per gallon ; case vinegar, 12s. per dozen ; bottled fruits, 17s. to 19s. do. ; Adelaide flour, £20 per ton.
