AUCTIONEERS' REPORTSMr. G. Greenfield reports that he held a sale on Saturday, at his mart, oi future, saddlery, harness, tweeds, dress stuffs, &.c. The attendance was moderate, but the bidding was spirited for all lots offered. Messrs. Fl"?n?ne avd rcnoit c„ they I-.eM "• 11 V. Via'*** attendance, and the bidding spnn ed. The buyer was Mr. R«nlston at L-10. llu • also offer d- a section in the township oi Floraville, but it was withdrawn LOO per acre. At the arils the} sold a lot of draught horses. There was a good attendance and a fair competition Good draughts sold at from L 42 to L6l, and medium, from L 27 to L&>; hacks were dull of sale. They sold a lot on account of Messrs. Bromley and Mitchell (unbroken) nt from L 8 to LlO. They also report the sale privately of 600 merino ewes and lambs m wooL and 3400 merino ewes m wool (dry) at satisfactory figures. The lot are reported to be well woolled, sound mouthed, and in good condition. The demand for store sheep continue brisk.
