Kirkaldy and Co., to sell by public auction, at John M'Kay's Yards, Oamaru, on the 15tb and 16th December, all their effects, as follows : LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES. Lot I.—A Splendid Agricultural Farm of 475 acres 3 roods, in South Canterbury, near the home residence of Allan M'Lean, Esq., Waikakalii, and 7 miles from Waitaki North Railway Station, together with G-roomed Dwelling-house and Dairy attached, Men's Hut, 12-stalled Stable, Barn, Sheep Yards, &c., &c. 2GO acres are in English Grass, two years down—and a splendid sow down it is balance in fallow, or newly sown out, subdivided into 3 paddocks, with an abundant supply of pure running water.
