BOROUGH OF OAMARU. ■jVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ' at a Special Meeting of the Council held on the Bth day of Nov., the following Resolution was adopted, viz. : " That the sum of £IO,OOO bo borrowed on debentures in order to repay the Liabilities of the Borough on Waterworks Account at the date of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, being brought into force in the Borough ; and that a Special Rate of Sixpence in the Pound be pledged as security for the said loan." A Speoial Meeting of the Counoil will be held on TUESDAY, the 7th day 0 f DECEMBER, at 10 o'clock a m., at the Borough Chambers, Thames-street, Oamaru for the purpose of confirming the said resolution.
