Sections for which there are more than one application will-be submitted to auction, betwr-en the applicants only, on Thursday, the 28th October, at Hawera. The price of land on deferred payments will be £5 an ac e. Five shillings per acre will have to be deposited on making application. Each applicant will only ba allowed' to apply for one section on deferred payments, Applicants for land on deferred payments may send their applications and deposits, with statutory declaration as rr-quired by "The l and Act, 1577," through post to Land Office, Carlyle, P&tea, to arrive on. or before the 25th October.
