No entry will be recieved for any of the races except on the condition that all disputes shall be desided by the Stewarls, whose decisions in all cases shall be final. Dunedin Jockey Club Rules stiictly adhered to. No protest will be entertained unless £3 3s be deposited, which will be forfeited should the protest prove frivolous. Qualification fee, £2 2s. No nomination or entry will be received unless duly qualified. Not le3s than three horses to fctirb for each race, or only half the stakes. Five per cent, to be deducted from all stakes. Nominations to be in the hands of the Secretary not later than the 22nd of September. Weights to appear in the local paper 3 on the sth October. Acceptances and sweeps to be paid to the Secretary up to the night of 12sh October, which is tha night of general entry. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Puutroon, enclosing entrance foes, names and age of horses, and colors of the rider.
