p -Tha fSpi-M: -hf -the special committee' appointed to consider the circomstances in; connection with Mr.' contract was read and adopted. It was resolved that votes of thanks be accorded to the Hons. H. J. Miller and Robert Campbell, M.lj.C.'s, and to Messrs. Shrimski and Jones, M.H.E.'s, members for the district, for their services in carrying through Parliament the Bill for the additional loan for completing the waterworks. The Council then rose.
