The case has commenced against the proprietors' of the Sydney Evening News for contempt of Court in commenting on Judge Windeyer's summing in an action for libel. In the Legislative Assembly the Reform of the Constitution Bill will be . introduced for discussion, but in all likelihood will be deferred till next year.
