The trial of the Kyeburn murder case has been commenced at Naseby, before Mr. Robinson and . a full bench. informations" have been laid, Lee being charged with murclei 1 ., and Ah Lee with aiding and abetting. Commissioner Weldoß prosecutes, and Mr. Ro\\'la,ts defends the prisoners.
