MELBOURNE: The Argus of the 17th inst. reports for, the are moving at late rates, but the busmes3 done is limited. Trade sales of flour are making at LS 17a Gd. A line of oO tons has also been taken up at this quotation. In wheat little inquiry lias been experienced, and we have no business to report. Quotations are given at 4s 2Ad to 4s 3d for prime samples, but the market is not strong, end it is difficult to say if onr quotations could be sustained if sales were pressed. In feeding grains, oats are very slow again, and sales are not easily effected. A small lot of medium feeding has been quitted at 2s '2* d, but with that exception no transactions have been allowed to come before ns. _ Maize is easier, 2s lOd to 2s lid being now accepted, according to quantity.
